During 2020, parks have been a haven to help communities remain healthy, active and connected during the Covid-19 pandemic. Across NZ, 24 parks were awarded the internationally recognised Green Flag Award®, including two new recipients. The Green Flag Award® recognises and rewards parks and green spaces that provide high quality and innovative recreational experiences for communities.
