Xyst recently completed the preparation of a Public Toilet Strategy for the Shire of Wingecarribee. The preparation of the strategy included undertaking intercept surveys at selected public toilets, development of levels of service and a performance based assessment of each facility to provide a statistical prioritisation for renewal planning and implementation plan.
Preparation of City of Melbourne’s first parks asset management plan.
The plan follows the standard structure defined by the IIMM 2016 and has included an asset management maturity assessment and improvement plan, ongoing development of new levels of service framework, risk management analysis and analysis of their parks management strengths and weaknesses, to produce a clear improvement plan to drive future work.
Review the performance of key maintenance activities (mowing, trees, horticulture, infrastructure and sportsfields) using asset growth, asset condition and quality auditing data. Conduct interviews with maintenance contractor to identify strengths and weaknesses. Review Council’s parks management team structure, resources and policy support. Recommend future direction for managing and maintaining Council’s parks network.
Xyst provided lighting design for the car park and main entrance road for the new FIFA Oceania Football Centre under construction in Auckland. The car park and access road is lit with LED providing an efficient and effective design.
