Level 3 Comprehensive Playground Inspection
Xyst conducted a comprehensive physical inspection, pre-sailing, on the play equipment on board the Kaitaki Interisland ferry. The inspection was carried out in accordance with the current NZ Standards.
Xyst provided a full report with photographic evidence, noting passes and fails against the standards, priority ratings against best-practice risk matrix assessment, and made practical recommendations to rectify all identified safety issues. Xyst also included next steps for further assessment.
