Xyst worked to facilitate a series of tasks that have a focus on operational management of the portfolio of open space.
This includes:
- project management and facilitation of a number of operational tasks
- developing contract specifications for open space maintenance
- considering the delivery approach for open space maintenance and how to approach the market, is it the same contract model with updated management standards, or a revised model with and smaller specialist contracts for different skill sets
- procurement plan development for the suite of contracts for operational maintenance of the GSP parks portfolio
- preparing contracts for tender of the open space maintenance and tender management through to award stage.
